I’m Shanna Kennedy—executive coach, strategist, and founder of Kennedy & Co.

I’ve spent over 15 years across higher education, workforce innovation, and the nonprofit sector, leading national fellowships for 150+ senior executives and coaching leaders through billion-dollar decisions and defining moments.

Time and again, I saw the same pattern:
High performers promoted quickly. High expectations. Zero support.
