Kennedy & Co. Leadership was founded by Shanna Kennedy, an executive coach and leadership strategist with more than twenty years of experience developing leaders across nonprofit, healthcare, higher education, and workforce organizations.

She has designed and led national leadership development initiatives, managed approximately $5 million in program operations, and secured more than $2.2 million in corporate sponsorships and strategic partnerships.

More than 1,500 senior leaders have come through leadership programs she has built and led.
